This policy applies to all purchases delivered within Pakistan. We accept returns only for defective or damaged items reported within 3 days of delivery.
This policy applies to all customers in Pakistan. Besto Accessories accepts returns only for items that are defective, damaged, or significantly different from what was described/shown. All return claims must be initiated within 24 hours from the date of delivery. We sell accessories including watches, sunglasses, wallets, and airpods — please carefully review product descriptions and images before ordering.
Returns are accepted for items that arrive defective (e.g., a watch that does not function, glasses with a broken frame on arrival), visibly damaged due to mishandling during shipping, or that are materially different from the product ordered. Items that have been used, worn, or damaged bhe customer after delivery are not eligible for return.
You must raise a return request within 3 days of receiving your order. Claims submitted after this window will not be accepted. To avoid delays, please inspect your package at the time of delivery and report any visible damage to the courier before signing.
To initiate a return, contact us at info@bestoaccessories.com or via WhatsApp within 3 days of delivery. Provide your order number, the product name, the reason for the return, and clear photos or a short video showing the defect or damage.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days. For COD orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer (EasyPaisa, JazzCash, or direct bank account). For online payments, the refund will be returned to the original payment method.
If the return is approved due to a defect or our error, Besto Accessories will cover the return courier charges. Otherwise, return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. Please use a trackable courier service when returning items.
Items marked as clearance, sold as-is, or listed as non-returnable are not eligible for return. Accessories such as earphones that have been removed from sealed packaging for hygiene reasons are generally non-returnable unless defective on arrival.
