Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. During sale events or peak seasons, processing may take up to 3 business days. You will receive a WhatsApp or email confirmation with your tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
Within Pakistan: Standard delivery takes 3–7 business days depending on your city. Major cities (Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan) typically receive orders within 3–4 business days. Remote areas and other cities may take 5–7 business days. We ship using trusted courier services including TCS, Leopards, and M&P.
Flat-rate shipping charges apply across Pakistan. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and order size. Free delivery promotions are offered from time to time and will be highlighted at checkout when available.
We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) for all orders within Pakistan. COD orders must be paid in full (in PKR) to the courier at the time of delivery. Please have the exact amount ready to ensure a smooth handover.
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via WhatsApp or email. You can use this number on the courier's website or app to track your order's status and estimated delivery date.
If your order arrives damaged, tampered with, or with missing items, please do not accept the delivery if the packaging is visibly damaged. Contact our support team within 24 hours of delivery at info@bestoaccessories.com or via WhatsApp. Provide your order number and clear photos of the issue so we can resolve it promptly.
